My TJ's doesn't...I'm jealous you get this at TJ's. My TJ's doesn't seem to ever have any PS, period; I paid $22 for 2004 Phantom at my local supermarket, and this was after I had inquired about it a month earlier and they told me they couldn't get ahold of it.
